Then you might just love this new pina colada smoothie I made today.
1 can light coconut milk
1/2 can water
2 mint leaves
2 handfuls spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup strawberries cut up
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp protein mix (hemp, maca, chia)
1/2 tsbp honey
Blend on high. Add about 7-8 ice cubes and blend again.
Sip and pretend you are on a tropical beach somewhere (and give yourself a little pat on the back for getting in so many awesome things in one drink!)
