Chocolate mint smoothie

This is a great afternoon snack/pick-me-up

2 cups milk of choice ( I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
3 dates, pitted
2 acidophollus capsules, opened
2 spirulina tablets
4-5 mint leaves
1/2 an avocado

Blend till creamy. Add maybe 7-8 ice cubes and blend again. Enjoy!
