Orange-cranberry cold & flu season smoothie

1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups coconut water
2 big handfuls spinach
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp ground ginger
1 cup frozen cranberries

Blend well. This has tons of what you need to stay healthy in cold and flu season. Or for when you are recovering from being sick with cold or flu!
