Get better sick day antioxidant smoothie

While this is great any time, it has lots of good healing stuff – great when you are home sick
with a sore throat.

1 cup unsweetened acai pomegranate juice
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup water
2 handfuls spinach
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 probiotic capsule, broken open and powder added to blender
2 tablets spirulina
1 tablet ester-c
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 tbsp honey

Blend everything till creamy, sip, and fill yourself with lots of stuff you need to get better
