This one might seem more fall-like because of the pumpkin and apple, but it is light and refreshing.
1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage (or milk of choice)
1tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 dates, pitted
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp molasses
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
4 tbsp plain applesauce
Blend, and serve over ice. I actually thinned it with a bit of water.
