Breakfast of champions: coffee in my Nikon lens mug, sweetened with So Delicious Coconut Milk Hazelnut creamer, and chocolate cherry power pudding.
Chocolate-cherry power pudding
1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup frozen cherries
1 tbsp hemp seed
2 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Blend together on high, and dive in. Try to resist licking the bowl after you are done.
