Chocolate power pudding

Chocolate power pudding

1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (or milk product of choice)
1 avocado
3 dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds

Blend till creamy. Top with a drizzle of maple syrup and frozen cherries for extra yumminess!

I made this tonight after my hot yoga class, and it was perfect. Yummy, not too heavy, protein, good fats, fiber, and some antioxidants. Perfect!

  1. Holy cow, that was amazing! I made a batch tonight for dessert because I had a dangerously near-overripe avocado. Substituted in melted chocolate for cocoa powder, and put in a few handfuls of frozen raspberries instead of the cherries and dates, but definitely did the seeds. I can’t believe how light and mousse-y blended avocado is! The girls thought it was fantastic and it’s totally on the rotation now!
