Indulgent dessert pudding, now for breakfast

Maybe it’s been a long week. Maybe work was crazy, and you were running around like mad all week. No matter how your week was, you made it to Sunday and feel like being a little indulgent.

I have the pudding for you to indulge in…..but you don’t have to tell your body that as yummy as it is, you’re really not cheating!

Introducing Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss!

Into the blender goes:

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk or milk alternative)
1 tsp maple syrup
2 dates (I used apple cinnamon dates)
2 spoonfuls cocoa powder
1 scoop Amazing Grass chocolate green superfood
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp quinoa flakes (can be omitted)
1 avocado

Into your belly goes some seriously good chocolate pudding

  1. Do you refrigerate your avocado puddings before eating them? I remember on a recipe from another site it said something about refrigerating it for 30 minutes or so for best flavor so I was just wondering.

    • Hey Angela 🙂

Sometimes I do, or I will have maybe half and refrigerate the rest for a bit, but I’m usually impatient! But the flavor and consistency does get better if you can wait!
