Chocolate spice pudding for breakfast? Why, yes I will!

We went to the state fair last night, and saw baby piggies, and crazy goats, and bunnies with wiggly noses. I can’t eat any of the fair food, but being out in the cold for a few hours, and being around hay and bunnies had me feeling a bit under the weather this morning.

What’s a good fix for under-the- weather-it is?

Chocolate spice pudding topped with pumpkin bread, of course!

Throw in the blender:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 dates
2 tbsp Trader Joes chunky apples
1 scoop amazing grass chocolate green superfood
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 avocado

If you have any pumpkin bread in the house, crumble some on top, sit down with some coffee and watch a bad movie. You’ll feel better by the time you finish your pudding, guaranteed!
